Check out the Hotel at 9:30 and attended a session "Explanation on Orientation Program" at Orientation Room of JICA Osaka Center from 10:30 to 11:00. Took over the Key of Room # 432. Attended a lecture session on "The Role of JICA and What We Expect from Fellow Students" delivered by Mr. Ikeshiro, Deputy Director General, JICA Osaka from 11:00 to 12:30. After Lunch attended another lecture on "Japan's ODA Policy" delivered by Mr. Esaki, Deputy Director, Grant Aid Division, Economic Cooperation Bureau, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Japan. Attended a briefing session again from 15:45 to 17:00.
